Reschedule Policy
If it rains, light rain is fine — we shoot with umbrellas and embrace the atmosphere. For heavy rain, we’ll reschedule for free or move to a covered location.

1. How long is the photo/video tour?
You can choose between a 1-hour photoshoot, a 3-hour photo and video shoot, or a 4-hour extended photo session. Each option is available in Kyoto, Osaka, and Tokyo. Let us know what suits your travel plans.

2. Do I get both photos and video?
Yes! You’ll receive professionally edited photos and a cinematic travel video capturing your experience in Kyoto, Osaka, or Tokyo.

3. What kind of locations will we visit?
In Kyoto, think historic streets, temples, and hidden gardens. In Osaka, we shoot in vibrant spots like Dotonbori, quiet alleys, and local gems. In Tokyo, we explore a mix of modern cityscapes, traditional shrines, and trendy neighborhoods. Each tour is personalized—just tell us your vibe.

4. How do I book a session?
You can book online with just a few clicks. Choose your date, select your package, and you’re done.

5. What should I wear?
Dress comfortably but stylishly. Kimono rentals are also available upon request for a classic Japanese look.

6. How will I receive my photos and video?
You’ll get a private online gallery link within 3–5 days. Video is delivered in 5–7 days via downloadable link.

7. Can I request specific photo or video ideas?
Absolutely! If there’s a vibe, pose, or place you want to try, just let us know before the shoot.
